The Working Together Group

The Working Together Group is based at Cairn Ryan in Dover. They have produced an information pack with money from the District Partnership Group.

The packs were designed to be used by individuals with a learning disability, carers, and health professionals to explain what services are available from the learning disability team and how to contact them. The pack includes information in photographic, pictorial, symbol & writing to assist understanding.

The information packs were sent out to all of the GP surgeries, libraries, day services etc.
