Making a Decision

• District Partnership Group members present at the meeting will take a decision by voting on paper.

• Individuals who are connected with the project will not be able to vote for their own project.

• At least 50% of the votes will be required for a bid to be successful.

• When considering bids the District Partnership Group will take account of whether the bid:

•   Encourages joint working between organisations

•   Promotes fairness in accessing services

•   Adds value to existing services

•   Promotes inclusion of people in their local community

•   Shows how health and / or social gain may be achieved

•   Shows how the bid will be successfully implemented

•   Encourages new and original projects
